I haven’t watched Genshiken 2 yet (waiting for it to end). Do they say what prefecture she’s from?

I don’t think they ever do, in the anime or the manga. We only know she’s from Tohoku. In fact, pretty much everyone except Kuchiki has only a vague hometown (and we only know that Kuchiki where he went to high school, though I don’t remember exactly where that was).
